Membership


Membership to the Cobalt Public Library is free of charge to all residents of Cobalt and Coleman Twp.

We also have an agreement with Temiskaming Shores Public Libraries
 allowing their patrons free membership to the Cobalt Public Library as well  our patrons can obtain a free membership to their libraries.

Becoming a member is quick and easy, you must provide the information to the librarian, name, address, PO Box Number, telephone number.

  For those who are in Cobalt on a temporary basis we have
 a $25.00 deposit fee which will be given back when you end your temporary membership. If you visit the library with a family library member you may take items out on his or her membership card free of charge.
